Cantaloupe Smoothie

Sunshine in a glass, this refreshing smoothie will invigorate your morning with it’s mellow sweetness or cool you off after a hot day in the garden! If you keep a melon cut up in your fridge, it’ll take more time to clean up than it does to make this delicious treat!
< 5 min prep, serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh cantaloupe

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 cup soymilk (or 2 cups plain yogurt, for dairy users)

  • 5-10 drops of vanilla extract, to taste

  • handfull ice (use less if you sub’d yogurt)

Instructions:

  1. Liquify everything but the ice in a blender

  2. Add the ice and blend until smooth.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
